Meet Hasleen
Hasleen graduated in 2014 from the Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy at Mariano Marcos State University in the Philippines. Hasleen has spent the last five years working with the geriatric population. In her home country, she is a physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal conditions at a private clinic, where she focuses on spine manipulation and dry needling. Hasleen is passionate about upskilling in Women's Health Physiotherapy and loves working in community-based rehabilitation.
She loves spending time in nature, hiking, and camping with friends. Hasleen also enjoys hosting get-togethers, game nights, and serving home-cooked meals with karaoke for family, friends, and colleagues, bringing a touch of her culture to the table.

Heena Bhargava

Meet Heena
Heena is dedicated to restoring movement, function, and quality of life. With a 7 year track record of delivering exceptional care, Heena brings a blend of clinical expertise, compassionate patient-centred approach.
Graduating with a distinction, Heena has obtained a Master's degree in Sports Physiotherapy and has further honed her skills through hands-on experience and continuous professional education. She has successfully treated a diverse range of patients, from athletes recovering from sports injuries to individuals managing chronic pain and post-operative rehabilitation.
Beyond clinical practice, Heena is am deeply invested in community outreach and education initiatives. She has conducted workshops on injury prevention, ergonomic optimisation, and rehabilitation strategies, aiming to promote wellness and injury resilience within the community. Outside of work, Heena enjoys kayaking, dancing and yoga.

Andi Guo

Meet Andi
Andi is a dedicated physiotherapist specialising in community physiotherapy and geriatric care, with a particular focus on post-stroke rehabilitation. With 4 years of experience in the field, she is committed to enhancing the quality of life for older adults and supporting their recovery journeys.
Andi graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours), where she developed a strong foundation in clinical practice and rehabilitation techniques. Her expertise in geriatric physiotherapy allows her to create tailored treatment plans that address the unique challenges faced by the aging population.
In addition to her physiotherapy practice, Andi is a certified yoga teacher. In her spare time, she enjoys doing yoga, cooking, running, and hiking, all of which contribute to her commitment to holistic health. As a proud cat owner of two, she believes in the therapeutic benefits of animal companionship.
